Twenty-three years ago today, My son Michael was born. I had a C-section scheduled and thanks to my epidural I was awake for his birth. My DD#1 was in too big of a hurry to get here--so I had general anesthesia. This time I was able to see him right away. He was so perfect! 8lbs. 13.5 oz. A little butterball! Did I tell you he was just perfect? My hubby and I had tried for 2+ years to get pregnant again. I actually had given up on another baby when we found out we were expecting him. So Happy Birthday Michael! I love you so much!
